15% of price preference over the products of industries outside the State 5% over the products of medium and large scale industries in the private sector within the State. 2% additional price is given to the products of SSI units having ISI certification mark over the products of SSI units which do not have ISI certification mark. All State Government Departments, public sector under takings, corporations, quasi Government institutions, co-operatives, statutory bodies and other undertakings over which Government have control by way of share capital investment or financial assistance, loans with Government guarantee, etc. are to purchase their stores and ancillaries from the products of Small Scale Industries provided that in the case of any product the capacity for the production of the articles is existent in the State and actual manufacture is made within the State.
