| Development Areas & Development Plots |
| The Industries & Commerce Department, under its land allotment scheme, provides development areas and plots for industrial use to prospective entrepreneurs on hire purchase or lease. Entrepreneurs may apply to the General Manager of the concerned District Industries Centre. |
| Documents to be attached with the application form :- |
Project Report (two copies)
Plan of factory building
Chalan receipt for Rs.2000/- in the case of Development Area
and Rs.1000/- in the case of Development Plot
Copy of MSME Registration (Part I/Part II)
Court fee stamp of Rs.5/- to be affixed in the application form. |
| The hire purchase amount is to be repaid in 10 years. The rate of interest is 5.5% for the Industrial Development Plot and 6%for Industrial development Areas. |
